The conventional Yuasa Battery YB2.5L-C is a small battery with a capacity of 2.5Ah and a starting current of 15A. Motorcycles are often supplied with a Yuasa battery from the factory. This is because they are known for high quality batteries. A conventional Yuasa battery must be filled with battery acid before use. The YB2.5L-C battery contains 240ml battery acid. Pay close attention when filling the battery. Battery acid is a dangerous liquid. Therefore, protect your skin and eyes and do not spill on your clothes. After filling the battery, it must first settle for a while. After the break, the battery is about 75% charged. Then fully charge the battery before mounting with a suitable motorcycle trickle charger. A battery that has received insufficient attention during commissioning has a much shorter lifespan. A battery that is at the end of its life has trouble starting the motorcycle. In addition, electrical and especially electronic parts are very sensitive to a malfunctioning battery.
