Full description

The Battery YB16L-B is a conventional 12V battery with a starting current of 215A and a capacity of 19Ah. Due to the high quality of the Yuasa batteries, they are often the first to be mounted in the factory. Conventional batteries are batteries that must always be filled with battery acid before installation. The YB16L-B holds 1.2L of battery acid. The acid is not supplied with the battery. Fill the Yuasa battery with battery acid according to the manual and do not spill on clothing. Battery acid is a very dangerous liquid and can cause damage or injury. Protect your eyes, skin and clothing for this. Allow the battery to rest for a while after acidifying, half an hour is about enough. Only then start charging the battery with a suitable battery charger for 12V batteries. Fully charge it in a few hours. A battery to which insufficient attention has been paid during commissioning has a much shorter lifespan. A battery that has reached the end of its life will cause problems with starting the motorcycle. In addition, electrical and especially electronic parts are very sensitive to a malfunctioning battery. It may therefore be that your engine does not run smoothly due to a battery that is defective or nearly defective. If you think you will not use your motorcycle for a longer period of time, such as during the winter break, charge it throughout the winter with a trickle charger. The charger keeps the battery fit by discharging it slightly and then recharging it through a cycle determined by the manufacturer.
