The battery BTX4L+/BTZ5S from the BS Battery brand is a factory activated maintenance-free AGM battery. This supplies 12V and has a capacity of 4Ah with a starting current of 65A. This BS Battery battery is comparable to the YTX4L, TTZ5S & YTZ5S lead-acid battery. The big difference between a lead acid battery and this factory activated battery is that you do not have to fill it with acid. It is already there and cannot evaporate if the battery is charged incorrectly. Another advantage of these BS Battery SLA batteries is that they have a slower self-discharge during the storage period, although it is wise to still connect them to a suitable motorcycle battery charger in the winter. It extends the lifespan and saves you unnecessary costs for prematurely replacing the motorcycle battery.
